IC100 can be transferred to the board with a bad picture or it not worth and I can get more damages?

I'm sure you can whetehr that fixes it or not? If you want to return the board I would not , best thing I've purchased and very cheap, eeprom read / writer.

perfect for this situation, copy contents of both and save, transfer the data from the donor. No physical removal of the chip.

yes that should work fine theres some good videos on you tube on how too use this programmer as you need too move one jumper on it usually

Maybe I do something wrong? The programmer can read, save, erase but when need to program, it shows this error

Can be... I have downloaded the firmware for this tv from official LG site. But it is not a BIN file... Where can I get original file?

I tried all possible changes on those chips (highlighted the picture) and have no changes. I tried replacing all them with places-no changes. Finally, I tried to reprogram them all but did find that they are not recognizing by the programmer at all. Can be that I am working in wrong place?
PS.: The programmer I have, works fine with computer bios chips (recognizing, read, program, verify)
Can anyone help me, please?

reprogramming will never bring to you any result. while your version not matched LCD. you should find T-CON with 9YD01. no more or less.
