    Sharp Aquos no picture

I am really confused about the behavior of my TV. Not sure what is causing it. Could you please shade some idea about what could be going on?

    Metadata:
    TV model: Sharp 60" 60C6600U
Purchased a little less than 2 years ago

    Symptoms:
No picture (Sound is there so main board must be ok). When I press the power button on remote (or when I plug the TV in for first time) the display flashes for a split second and then goes off. See this video
    https://youtu.be/I-z2YCoF0mo

If I remove one of the two connectors on the t-con board and then try to turn TV on, it turns on. Obviously only half the screen has picture other half is just white. Does not matter which side of the connector I remove. As long as one connector is not connected the picture comes on. See attached pictures.

Things I have done so far:
    1. Replaced the t-con board with no improvements exact same symptoms (I bought a used t-con board from ebay. Maybe this one is bad as well?)
    2. If I remove the power supply to tcon board (12V 4 pin connector coming from power board) and plug it in. The display flashes for split second just like when I power it on for first time.

I am clueless as to why its doing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Might try monitoring your 12v to t-con. Maybe your 12v supply cannot supply enough current due to bad cap etc.
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

Looked at the 12V supply while turning TV on and it does not fluctuate at all. I only have a multimeter so its not very highspeed. I do not have an oscilloscope to monitor at high speed. But on the multimeter the voltage does not drop at all.

What are the voltages on the Tcon small white connector when only one ribbon is connected and then when both are connected.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.
