Samsung UN46D6003SF Shows "Samsung Smart TV" boot screen, blinks red light 5 times

Samsung tv shows the boot screen as soon as plugged into an outlet, blinks a red light 5 times, then goes all black, touch buttons seem responsive by blinking a red light when pressed, but nothing happens. Picked this TV up on the side of the road after huricane Irma, very nice condition. Looking to get up and running if not too expensive. Can provide pictures/videos of needed.

Most likely water damage, well read the stickies and post pics of back of all the boards and give what voyage readings you do have.
