Bad caps on dell w1700

If I replace the caps and I still get no picture, what and where are the fuses to check? I have read that this may be another reason for the black screen. Thanks.

They are not glass fuse they are two surface mount fuses on the inverter board.

Search for Dell W1700 you will find plenty of posts that have answered this thoroughly already.

Elements of the past and the future combining to make something not quite as good as either.
