    RCA LED65G55R120Q mainboard compatibility question

I'm currently working on an RCA LED65G55R120Q Mainboard Model 65120RE01M3393LNA19-B4, not my first rodeo with this series of TV's. Most are pretty easy to source parts for. However this one.. Had to replace the power board as it was bad. Now the TV has power but LED's do not come on, so I'm thinking "great another dead RCA mainboard" we all know there is like 200 versions of this exact mainboard. So I called shopjimmy, no go never stocked it. I search and search nobody has this beast.. The Question is.. Does it have to be a B4 board? or can I use another in the B series? or even A series? as long as the model is right? all the other repairs on this TV model I've done were all -A? models easy to source boards for.. Any help here? Thanks in advance..

BTW this was a customers and is now mine as they didn't want to pay to get it fixed, and I'm now on a mission to fix this thing..

    Thanks again..

Clarify please, I can't get anything from this mainboard. I would swear from the damage this TV had to the power board (components broken off and loose) that it was either hit by a massive power surge, or lightening. No signs of physical dropping. Am I missing something? What and how am I supposed to read this command? FYI, all LEDS check out good as well. Thanks for helping here.. I've never had to go console on any TV I've worked on. I'm a soldering guy. I replace parts and most the time things just work.

Need voltages from connector that goes from power supply board to main board. Will need pin#- PIN DESCRIPTION -Pin voltage in standby-Pin voltage when pushing power button and picture of connector on power supply board.
        Format:
Pin# - Pin Description - Pin Voltage standby - Pin voltage power on
        1 - XXXXXXX - XXv - XXXv
        2 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
        3 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
        4 - etc.
        And pictures
