Set starts normally but within 15 min will turn itself off and back on at random. I caught the main shooting 3 volts to PSON for 1 second causing this. If I disconnect the Customer Control Pad in lower left corner..she plays all night long..I assume this is a common issue since I found them all over the place.
Never seen one with an external switch like this..kind of a bad design..as it is exposed and prone to physical injury. Has anyone else experienced this failure?

If the tv works normally with the remote I would just leave it unpluged. It is a stupid design. Why not have buttons ?

It is also the IR receiver for the remote..so I have to replace it..second time for this set.
