Fuses are for protection. Bridging it removes the protection and you could easily end up with parts blowing up giving you an even bigger problem than you have already.
Best replace it with likewise fuse.
If FM801S is blown then you need to recheck the mosfets Q803 & Q803 with your set powered off and using your meter set to diode mode --!>--
to see if they have are short circuit. It would also be wise to check all the diodes around that part of the circuit. DM810, DM811, DM812,
