    "223J: 1000VHoX:" 0.022uf +/- 5% (J), 1000V rating. You need to remove it to check the capacitance.
BTW, you did verify that the diodes on the cold side for the 12V and 24V are OK, right?
    DLA001D SMPS IC.
One of these threads should show info about the DLA001D:

I'm not sure how to test c610. its labeled "phs 223J: 1000VHoX:"
I cant find the schematic on the IC its labeled "DLA00LD(or DLA001D) DEI 92UR642"
My recent tests have been with only the one cable that turns on the tv.(cn3)

    C610 is OK?
Look up spec of SMPS IC601 which drives the two MOSFETs fo r that T1 Transformer to see if you do have VCC to run the IC or not.
BTW, you indicate no 12V/24V, is that without having the 24V cable going to the inverter board?

I had removed the transformer to gain access to the blown transistors. should i remove the transformer and test?

The problem seems to be I'm getting voltage at the drain(406Vdc) but i need 3-5Vdc at the gate that I'm not getting. It gives a quick flash ranging anywhere between .4Vdc and 2vDC.
I traced this reading to the IC pin. (IC601)

BTW, I need better straight shot pictures of the WHOLE top and bottom side of that power supply board. Also did you remove one of the power transformer T1 as shown in post#1? That transformer is for 12V/24V power supplies.
This looks to be your PS board:

Skip this reply one due to your recent update on the DCV of the main filter cap.

OK I don't know why I was getting those reading before but i teste dit again and I'm getting 162Vdc across the filter cap in standby( which is PFC correct?) and then bumbs up to 406Vdc when i push the power button.

something is up with the transistor circuit.
Reference the second picture at the top. top of the board

ummm soo yeah using the negative leg of main filter cap got me 528Vdc on the cathode of that diode. and 406Vdc on the anode.
    I don't get it.
With the device in standby i have 194Vdc on the cathode of the diode
    .

Negative leg of the main filter cap is the GND ref. for the primary side of the circuit.

yeah I thought it sounded high. lol should I be using the negative side of the main cap?
should I measure ac or dc?

Sounds like using the wrong GND Ref. for the meter.

    472v seems rather high

SO I replaced the 2 transistors and the resistor.
    Now I have standby
psON is up at 4.6V and visio turns from amber to white
BUT I'm only getting about 1-2V on my 12V and 24V

I checked and I'm getting 472Vdc on the big diode (ZD902) behind the transformer in the picture.

    Any suggestions?

Also, theres a faint buzzing coming from the new transistors I installed. doesnt that mean the voltage is too low or something?

sorry for being MIA. Busy Weekend.
Now that you say it. I think you all are right.

    For the next $million question..........
How far do you think the damage went?
    I have R623 reading 4.8ohms
    R621A = 24.6ohms
    R62B = 15.7ohms
R618 & R620 (resistors between source and gate) are 20kohms
    reading 19.93ohm and 20ohms

    What else should I check?
what are the chances the surge blew back into IC 601
    thanks for the help amigos

Ah well ; No , i don't have the board , but i have the schematic , and frankly , this one came with many restrictions and warnings considering publishing . That's all..
