    Toshiba 24W1334G Led green and red intermittent

    Hi.
    I have a Toshiba 24W1334G that with a flashing led green and red intermittent and no powers on. The main board is an 17MB95S-1 from Vestel. Can be the firmware?

      Try service menu factory reset-4725 on remote-down to diagnostics-factory reset-ok.

          The TV don´t starts LED backlight and 5V for the panel, it seems to be at st-by.
          Has 12V, 5V, 3.3 and 24V for led backlight, but the booster to near 30V, don´t turn on,too.

              Need good clear straight on pictures of back of tv with cover off and each board.

              Need voltages from connector that goes from power supply board to main board. Will need pin#- PIN DESCRIPTION -Pin voltage in standby-Pin voltage when pushing power button and picture of connector on power supply board.
              Format:
              Pin# - Pin Description - Pin Voltage standby - Pin voltage power on
              1 - XXXXXXX - XXv - XXXv
              2 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
              3 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
              4 - etc.
