my son pulled the plug out the back of the unit said he saw a spark
so took it apart noticed that the place were you put the plug was loosely soldered. so used the old soldering gun put it back in the tv. i got nothing
checked voltages on att img and only found one thing that did not have any voltage at all its in red any help would be awsome thank u

yes i have checked continuity they appear OK

That Blue disc cap is safety for noise filtering, no need to look at that cap.
So if you are sure that the fuse and solder works are good then you need to check the DCV BETWEEN THE TWO LEGS of that large filter cap laying on its side, it should have about 160 VDC between the two legs.
