Seems like there is not a constant 5volt standby. What is the voltage between legs of big condensers on power board? What year was set made.

Posting pictures of the back of your tv showing the boards with clear pictures may help you more with fixing your problem

Leave the Tv on for like 3 minutes. Does the standby light become solid red?
