Polaroid TLX-04244B bright white washed out screen issue

Hello, I'm working on my grandpas Polaroid 42'' LCD Tv. When the TV is turned on for the first time in the day the picture and menu is very bright and washed out. After about a minute the problem lessens but the picture is still washed out, however the menu colors seems normal (black is dark black not faded black). Also the No Signal screens do not have faded colors.
So far I changed HDMI cables, tested with A/V cables(picture still washed out), Unplugged and cleaned the main board and T con board.
What could be the problem? bad panel? Main board ? T con board ?

not my board but it's this one, tomorrow I can open back up the TV and get a shot of mine.

The 48 pin chip top right, it is an AS15 ?
It needs replacing.

+1, or at least check the GAMMA Voltages.

Okay checked and the chip is AS15-F.
