    Hisense HL55K310PZL3D no backlight issue

Have a Hisense 55 inch TV which i got from someone else. No backlight. There is sound and you can see images when shining a flashlight on the screen. It was on the highest brightness setting when I got it, and have now tuned it back.

I thought maybe start by examining the LED backlight. Already spent few hours dismantling it to gain access to the edge lit LED's. Tested each LED individually with DMM and they all light up when I tested them in diode mode. So appears to be normal.

To the power supply...part number is RSAG7.820.4763 or HLE-4046WH. The connectors XP805 and XP806 are the supplies to the backlight. While the power supply is disconnected from the mainboard, I am getting no voltage from all these pins. Even when mainboard connected, same thing. Can someone tell me what voltages are Vout, Tn and In supposed to be during normal operation?

I am getting normal reading for 16V and 12V supply though.
