Toshiba 24D1434BD Flashing LED

I've done a search to see if my issue was solved but I guess not.

I have the Toshiba 24D1434BD that the led flashes: red/yellow. I thought it was a firmware issue so I reflashed with this but same issue.

Diodes tested ok and no swollen caps on the board 17IPS61-3. Any pointers?
