    LG50PS3000 turning itself off!

hello guys I am new here.

I have a LG 50PS3000, the TV is great, picture is great however it has started turning itself off every 10-15mins or so.

I have done a factory reset, switched off the timer thing, switched off energy saving, i have taken the batteries out of the remote.

I have also looked over the capacitors and see no bumps etc.

I have uploaded a video so you guys can have a look if you don't mind.

    https://youtu.be/aR46mtOdCPE

I am decent with fixing phones and games consoles but I do not know very much about TVs.

    thank you in advance.

    Adam

ps, sorry if i have done anything wrong by posting.

it maybe worth you looking at the solder joints on the power supply and re solder any parts that are on the heat sinks as with time these joints can some times crack etc so just relow all these joints with a little fresh solder and see if it solves your issue.

Watch my video on this set, common issue is failed Bga soldr on the mainboard.

You should also do some measuring to see voltages values on connector between power supply and main board

I dont want you to believe if its the same issue I want you to use a DMM and test it as shown in the video then let us know if Pson or Vson signals drop.

in post 3 reece asked you to watch his youtube channel video regarding the same tv (i linked you to the video in post 5) it may not be the same fault but check pson or vson and see if the voltage drops at least you can rule that out then if it stays stable.

If it's the BGA cold solders,i would use a heat blower and heat the chip, look for Utube Video on Play station 3 ,i used this heating gun process on the BGA on my Vizio led tv main board, and i had sucess on cold solders on thee BGA,
