    Probably the same as like the 42PG6000 boards etc them bloody Y caps that short when the fets fail which seems to cause the fets to go after a while of running. Have to look out for them buggers.

        Keep us updated on what you find, please dont scrap it and keep plasma alive also remember after you fix the Ysus you need to replace the Samwha Wb, Wl and Xc caps on the Psu as they are commonly known to fail on this set.

          removed the y board.
          Interesting for me, I can see that I am getting the same short (24ohm) in either direction on a track that has two diodes and resistors running in parallel on the buffer side. I would have thought the idea was to provide some resistance in one direction, and very little in the other. But it is exactly the same in either direction. Maybe needs investigation? Maybe the sort of thing that catches noobs out making them think they have tracked the fault down? We will see.
