The words and letters look like they are out of focus almost like a blur and when the people move there are like pattern around there body like they go out of focus then it catches up and everything clears up i think i read somewhere the x-main could cause this. hope i explained it well enough where you can point me in the right direction

When i turn the tv on with out any signal this is what the screen look like until it warms up
standing in front of the TV this is the left side this sparkling goes from top to bottom accross about a 1/4 of the screen

Your panel has mal discharged. You need to adjust Vs and Vsc voltages etc so the panel is able to discharge properly will find Toms thread on how to get this MD free.

So far i have only changed out a few board and checked a few voltages doing these adjustment sound like i need special tools have to do some more research, trying to find tom thread you mention have not learned how to completely get around in here yet.

Tested the voltages on this set today
Va 63 in range sticker 63
Vs 204 sticker says 207
ve 92 sticker says 94
where do i go to test the vsc and where can i find where to adjust them

If you look about the boards you will see the adjustment pots for the voltages buddy. Set Vs to 210v or so and -vsc to around -200 normally sorts the Md and Ve to 104 keep Va at factory voltage.

The setting sticker on the panel says Va at 63V it measure 54V you say leave at factory setting, i raise the Vs from 204V to 210V did get rid of the top half of the screen mal discharge there or only 2 adjustment pot on the power supply and thats Vs and Va. should i adjust the va?

Ve Voltage measured 92V the sticker say 94V have not located the Adjustment Pot

VSC I have not located the test spot or the adjustment pot or these on the X and Y sustains?

Can i replace 4 1000uf 25V Caps with 4 2200uf 25V caps?

The caps that should be changed are on the susboards as shown in my video also the adjustment pots for Ve and Vsc are on the Ysus and Xsus.

Do anyone know a good place to purchase Lcd Screens i have two 2013 flat screen tv with crack screen one is a sanyo Model#Dp42841 Manufactured june 2013 the other is a element electronic Model# ELEFW502 Manufactured March 2013 will be gratful for any help
