RCA LED52B45RQ Will not turn on

So I have this unit and I can seem to pin point the issue. See pictures as well.

    1. On the power board the right plug with the on/off seems to have all power as it should. The on/off even registers with the touch of the power button.

    2. The bottom plugs that go to the LEDs measure around 80 volts. Is this correct?

    3. When you press the power button the LED on the front does turn on red and stay on till you press the button again.

What am I missing or is there a common issue with these setups? Thanks in advance for any help regarding this.

Any pin labels for the LED connectors?

So if you leave the red probe on the LED+ and Black probe on the GND then turn on the TV, the Voltage on the LED+ did not jump up higher than 80V and then comes down to 80V later? The units look s to have 6 strings of LED and 6 LED controller circuits.

The highest the voltage went was 81.9 volts and when you press the power button to turn the tv off it gradually drops to nothing.

By the way the led lights up red for stand by when off but goes off with no other colors when the power button is pressed

You have 6 LED - for 6 strings of LEDs so ALL L- (3 per connector, pin 1, 2, 3 are L-, they are the Cathode return for each one the 3 strings) are all the same?

NOPE, I am talking about the L-, there are 3 pins for three L- (L MINUS), PIN 1, 2, and 3 of each LED connector.

                              Pins 1, 2, 3 all measure a ground. Pin 4 is open and pins 5, 6, 7 all measure 81.9 volts.

We know that you are getting the 81.9vdc pin 5, 6, and 7 FEEDING the Anode of the LED strings but we still do not know what all three Cathode return DCV are on each connectors. I AM NOT going to keep on asking the same question over and over again. At which post you tell us the DCV reading of L- pin 1,2, and 3?

'Pins 1, 2, 3 all measure a ground.' What the hell does that mean?

I asked for L- and you keep giving us the L+ readings:
