I have this hisense 55k610gwn ....I don't have no voltage on pins for 5v or 12 and 24v for leds. It's death power....I did test for shorts and did not find anything...everything seems rigth, no burns at all....did some research and supposedly the issue is the diode VD806 but no short found even if I took out of board...on test mode reads .388 around there and the VD807 is the same..

Re: hisense 55k610gwn no power no standby
So no DCV at all on any one of the pin of the small white connector?
If that is the case then you need to find out first if you even have 160VDC between the two legs of the main filter cap or not, you need to have that first before going further.Never stop learning

Re: hisense 55k610gwn no power no standby
OK, so you do have main B+ for running the STBY Power supply (SMPS IC N802, Power MOSFET V803, Power transformer T801).
You need to check the solder joint of the transformer T801 and MOSFET V803.
Check the STBY Rectifier VD819 (for 12V STBY PS), VD820 (for 16V STBY PS) to make sure they are OK.
Check running rectifier VD812.
Check running caps C822, C829.
Need to get the P/N OF SMPS IC N802.
Notes: N801 is the PFC IC.
N901 is switched SMPS power supply using Transformer T902.
We need to the pictures of the whole backside of the TV to see how all the boards are connected, need to find what the connector XP901 goes to.

Re: hisense 55k610gwn no power no standby
On the caps I have .00v
Vd820 no signs of 16v
Vd819 no 12v this two transistor are .00v
.
Diodes Vd810 . Vd812
On the cathode side measure 22.23v goes up 23.24v and down on vd810...on vd810... -7.88v as no power I think..Comment

Re: hisense 55k610gwn no power no standby
Did you also check the Diodes using meter in Diode mode to check them? And of course, no power to the unit when doing Diode mode test.Never stop learning

They are not interchangeable (NCP1271, NCP1207), look at the spec sheet and description and the App note diagrams. I hope nothing got damaged.Never stop learning

Re: hisense 55k610gwn no power no standby
That IC N802 is for the Standby power supply, so right now you are not going to get the standby Voltage, so I do not understand when you said you got it to work, no standby Voltage then nothing else will work.Never stop learning

by LemoneyFHi all
I have a Hisense 50r6 that quit suddenly, immediately after turning it on. It no longer shows red a standby light and will not turn on. Completely dead.
I have tested the power supply and found the following:
363V and 373V across the input caps
bri- 0V
ana- 0V
vamp-17.03V
vamp-17.03V
stb- 0V
12V- 9.3V
12V- 9.3V
To the extent of my knowledge (...not far!) these numbers are normal for a Hisense power supply in a standby state, though I would like some confirmation that 9v... -
by toty79Hello to all friends of the forum and well found, here I am asking for your help and sorry for my translated English.
As per Hisense tv title LTDN50K220WSEU stuck in standby
PSU rsag.820.5687 HLL 4855WF
Main rsag 7.820.5842
I enclose the psu diagram, after the first routine checks I find myself with a regular standby voltage of 3.3v blue light on steady when the power button is pressed nothing happens, psu disassembled and bench checked ... forced ignition by sending a signal 3 , 3v on the SW and PWM2 pins the psu turns on and delivers all the voltages... -
by scottsman76Hi All
I have this tv and if I measure the various coils i get 3.3v, 5v, 12v and a 1v.
But i have no Standby Light and no reaction from the switch.
If I measure the the pins going to the rx and switch I Get 5v and a few other pins give 3.3v
Where do I start looking with something like this, could it be the processor. I do feel that its slightly warm. not hot at all.
Thanks

This is my first attempt at troubleshooting a board like this, I know I could just buy a new board but I'm curious to figure out how this works. I've been testing different components in the evenings this week and I think the problem is with the IC failing to start up for some reason. When the board is plugged in there is no standby voltage.
Then today it randomly sprung to life like a zombie but shortly died thereafter. I have no idea why it would have done that and its the first time I've seen it running. I discharged capacitors on the board last night, then it was sitting today.... -
by EUWestHi!
I have a power supply and on the TV no standby and no power. Have already installed a replacement power supply but the same problem.
When I test both power supplies the main capacitors while plugged in, I get 0v.
What could be the reason for this?... - Loading...
