    Samsung UN32D4000ND flashing red light

The power board in the TV isn't working anymore (BN44-00421B).

When the TV is plugged in the led begins to flash.

So how did you manage to figure the Power Bd is the problem??

I previously took it to a Samsung repair centre and they said that was the problem

What dc volts do you have on the pins of the connectors?

The connector on the top of the picture (from left to right)
          7.2, sometimes changes to 3.6
          7.2 sometimes changes to 3.4
          Ground
          Ground
          12.6
          12.6
          12.6

Connector on bottom right of the picture (from top to bottom)
I'm not getting any readings on this connector

Can you tell us what it says in the box alongside the connector and then put your reading alongside. It looks like there are 14 pins

            An example attached

Your chart made no sense to me at all, see DB chart again on how you suppose to report the reading of each pin.

He once read the second half of the pins on Cnm803p. It has 14 pins not 7. Since the secondary is powered up, A5v and PSON has to be there

                    Hello Community!

                    CASE DETAILS

Promblem Signs: Backlight on 1 sec off 7sec > repeat && Red standby light: 1blink, off 3 sec, 2 blinks, off 5 secs, 2 blinks, off 3 sec, restart cycle

13V present on powerboard output. Backlight continues flashing after removing cables to pannel one at a time and even with both disconnected. NOTE: backlight STOPs flashing and remains on when connector between powerboard and mainboard (note Tcon built in) is disconnected.

Tried inserting firmware on USB and left it in for a few hours, but no change

Samsung UE43KU6400U Flashing Red Standby Light
                    by Bloopeta
Have a Samsung UE43KU6400U that will not turn on, just continuous flashing red standby light.
                    Power button does nothing

Have unplugged the mainboard, and backlights illuminate.
Have tried removing panel ribbon cables one at a time, and that makes no change.

With mainboard unplugged, all voltages from powerboard seem ok, but with mainboard connected, they never quite reach full voltage, and drop and raise in a constant loop (in time with click noise from mainboard.

Using backlight tester, I get 63.6v on both sides, so seems like no bulbs...

Samsung UE46EH5000 - Flashing red light but not turning on
                    by Phil289
                    Hi
I aquired a Samsung UE46EH5000 from a lady that said it was turning on and off so she just purchased a new one.
On plugging into the mains and turning on i get a solid red light.
On using the on/off button or remote i just get a flashing red light in a pattern of flash/flash gap flash/flash gap flash/flash etc.
Opened it up and disconnected the main board from the power board by removing the connecting ribbon cable with the hope of getting either a 'no backlight' or a 'working backlight' but got neither,i just got a blinking backlight that turned on and off randomly...

Samsung plasma - flashing standby light
                    by 7ony
The TV is a 2013 Samsung plasma, model # PN60F5300AFXZA.

Snagged it up in non-working condition a couple years ago. Previous owner said that sometimes he could get it to come on after repeated tries but other than that he couldn't get it to turn on.

Personally I haven't been able to get it to turn on at all. The standby light comes on solid when plugged in, but pressing the power button results in the standby light flashing once every 4 or so seconds. No "click" noises, no light from the panel at all. Just the flashing standby light.

                    No visible...
