So then if they are good the Psu is fine, the fault is still on the Ysus, Xsus or buffers. As the buffer blew I would say that there is probably shorted transistors on the Ysus or Xsus. Remove both and test.

update: I change the control board. TV top screen show but no bottom. I can't find the lower buffer anywhere. Does anyone out there have one? EBR71736901 or is it possible to change IC203.
