PN50A550 friends, was clicking, no start fixed that but no picture

So I got the set to fire up like it is supposed to but all I get is a black screen with red static on a mostly black screen. Anyone witness this before? It had a few cold solders on the power supply and a main board problem.

I just decided to hook up my cell phone to the audio inputs and then hook an n64 up to the video and kept hitting input on the remote. Turns out the audio is working so I guess I might have a bad tcon board eh?

Not likely, Plasma tv's don't have a t-con, could be ysus or zsus boards, do a search for your model, looks like lots of threads

Well I guess its a logic board not a tcon. How do you test a ysus or zsus?
