Panasonic Viera TC-P50VT25 Red Snow Flickering

I'm not sure how to go about posting this so I apologize in advance if this is being posted in the wrong area...

I doubt this issue is specific to my make/model of TV, but I have done loads of research and cannot find an answer.

I currently have a Panasonic Vierra TC-P50VT25 that has been causing a "red snow" type of effect on the left half of my screen. I have changed the HDMI Input on the back and I am still receiving the "flicker". It has been going on for about two weeks now. The "red snow" seems to be more noticeable on darker images but will still show up when the Panasonic menu is popped up, just not as bad. The "red snow" is not constant but will flicker every now and then. It doesn't stay on the screen. To me it seems as if it occurs whether the TV is "hot" or "cold" but it feels like it occurs more often when the TV has been turned on for a while.

Last week I removed the back of the TV due to this and attempted to clean the dust out and re-seat the data cable ribbons (not sure of the name) going from the A-Board to the D-Board (both ends of cable re-seated). I also re-seated some very small "jumper" data cables (not sure of the name - doing some research online and seeing the boards being referred to as a "buffer board" or the "V-Board/K-Board"). I re-seated these cables as this was the area of my TV that was having the issues.

I would love to post some pictures of what I am seeing on my television to show anyone willing to help but cannot seem to do that yet (I think it's because I haven't posted enough yet...???)

I would also be willing to re-open the back of my TV to post pics of that as well if it would help.

I've had this TV for a long time and financially I cannot afford to replace it right now, but I am worried that continuing to watch it may do more damage.

What I guess I am asking is if anyone in here, knowledgable in this area, may be able to give me an educated guess on which board, if any, needs replaced. I have not replaced the ribbon cables and I do know that the issue does not lie within my HDMI cable or input.

I would also like to add that I noticed what may have been some dried condensation on the back panel of the TV just below the P-Board. It almost looked like when you wash your car and missed a spot drying it. Could this possibly lead to some corrosion in one of the cables?

I apologize in advance for the long post and appreciate anyone willing to read this damn thing and offer assistance!

I'm thinking it could be A-board or the D board. You may find a D board maybe $60 -120

        A-board ,$150 -200

Not quite sure how you'd prove which. Find a service manual or training guide and try test patterns and also there is a horizontal flip in service mode which may help prove what board

Do you think that something like adjusting the Vs and Va voltage may correct? Or would that typically be something for the entire display acting up?

No this is not a vsus problem. Adjusting vsus is mostly for sparkles , this is not sparkles/plasma dithering. This is a video problem.

I think the problem is A board....
I only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60!

Red screen or "red snow" on Panasonic TH-42PX70
              by paoloxp
              Hello everyone,

my old Panasonic plasma TH-42PX70E starts to show a reddish picture every time that it gets warm. Let's say about 15 mins after power on.

You can see an example on this other post:
              https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...x25-red-screen

Is there something specific to check on this model? A board that I could try to exchange, maybe?

              Thank you all in advance!...

Looking for help diagnosing a 65" Panasonic Viera TV - TH-65DX700Z (Turns on - Clicks - Turns off)
              by mostachio
              Hi Badcaps,

I've had a friend discard a TH-65DX700Z Pansonic Viera Television and I've decided to have a go at repairing it. If possible could I please get some advice in terms of diagnosing the problem so I can purchase the appropriate parts for repair whether it be components, a repair kit or a replacement board. I am happy to post pictures if required.

              TV Details:

              Model # - TH-65DX700Z

              Symptoms:

The television turns on and displays a picture then makes a clicking sound and turns off.

I haven't opened it up yet but...

              Panasonic Viera LC470EUN (SE)(M2) T-Con issue?
              by Ama Chur
After watching some youtube videos and checking some forums, I'm at a loss. With both ribbon cables connected, we have no image. With the left one pulled out, the screen is black and white, split down the middle. With the right cable removed, it is all black. Backlight is working fine and we have sound and can open applications. We are strapped for money right now and are hoping to repair whatever the issue may be. I think the TV was manufactured in 2012, so I'm aware that may not be possible. Edit: Found a single vertical line of blue pixels on the left side of the screen with one of the ribbon...

Dead Panasonic Viera TX-P65STW50 Plasma TV
              by badcappo
Hello, got a ST50 plasma TV for repair. No signs of life, not even blink codes. Opened it up to check the power supply, type MPF6914. Apparent issues from visual detection and measuring for shorts:
              Diode type G972s6 - D101 with a short
              Mosfet 06N90E - Q301 shorted
              Fuse T5AH 250V - F103 blown
              Diode D301 shorted
              Relay DG1U-17VDC II - RL001 blown

I have not found a circuit diagram. Maybe someone here already dealt with a similar issue? Thanks for tips where else to check 😀...

ACER BM320 Monitor - Horizonal Flickering Lines After a While
              by reessi
              Hello,

The monitor started off showing flickering thin (1 pixel) lines horizontally every say 3mm..

They are black on the right and gradually fade to nothing on the far left.
They start either after 5 mins or up to 2 hours after so annoying for testing.
They flicker continuously very fast! With a slight pause milli-second every second.

Initially I cleaned the LVDS cable and connected to the T-Con and then it worked fine for 3 weeks but not sure if this was just co-incidence.

I tested each half by removing the first the left flex from...
