I used the last one of these on 1 of my boards. I can take a picture of the board tomorrow but they survived my alcohol trick so i trust those!
But those igbts on the pictures are fake ones right? Just alcohol and the logo is gone...lmao. Will this be the same for RF1510/ RFN20? Man ...its like 100 euro gone! :/

What do you think of the RJP30H2A and the longer legs?

Ok i already ordered those but also from Ebay so im wondering if they are the real deal! Damn , if i knew this before then it would have saved me so much money and boards. I was really doubting myself but the fake parts got me off track. Even after replacing all igbts , diodes and the ic's the boards kept popping. ( Even small fire!!!! ).

Anyways i found out how to spot the FAKE igbts and took some pictures. The key in this situation is ISOPROPANOL!

In all pictures i used the original 30F131 on the left and the fakes on the right. On 1 picture you can see both igbts with and after cleaning it with alcohol. As you can see the original igbt has the same logo and circle and the other ones are almost gone.

The original igbt has a small circle stamped into the igbt and has a big F close to the circle.
The fake igbt has a circle but its not stamped into the igbt and has a smaller F.

Also take a look at the package and see the differences in logos. All have the same numbers on the bottom.

The fake? RJP30H2A has MUCH longer legs then the original Panasonic 30F131 and also blow if i replace them for the 30F131.

Man , it feels like throwing money into the garbage bin and i just ordered 50 of those RJP30H2A because i thought that was the solution for the fake 30F131

yeah, that's what I started doing with my batch of 50 using solvents.

I was hoping to catch maybe a glimpse of whatever the old stamp was.

Also I find the hot air affects the coating they use and that stamp you mention also dissapears on some or is very shallow compared to an original.

No doubt those 30F131 are fake, and those legs man.

Honestly, nice legs shame it's fake Are these the cheapest bits going on Ebay at the moment?

Well these are on ebay. Just type rjp30h2a and they come up with free shipping. The seller is elehouse2011.

Will wait for the new parts to arrive but just looking at the picture makes me believe im getting fake ones again....

As i dont have a creditcard i cant buy parts from mouser. Looking for a different source and found this on Ebay.

The FGD4536TM came in the mail today. Ordered them from mouser and i rebuild the board with the parts. Had to replace almost every diode/igbt on the board. Even the RJP63G4 was short.

Tv is now up and running! Thx TW2005/Flocko for the part name

Sorry to resurrect this thread. I understand that FGD4536 has been used to replace FETs on TNPA5330. Just repaired this board found that Q621 had gone short ended up replacing Q622 and Q623 also. Now just checked Q661 RJP63G4 and found its short to emitter. Unfortunately havnt got one available without ordering and delaying this repair. My question is can I substitute FGD4536 for RJP63G4 and if not what would be a suitable equivalent??

I only use FGD4536TM but i read somewhere here on the forum that DG301 or DG302 will work also. I dont know about RJP63G4

Appreciate your reply but do you know whether FGD4536 can be used as an equivalent for RJP63G4? In my case for position Q661 on SN board TNPA5330

To be honest i dont know.... never tried it because of all the boards that kept exploding. I took the save way haha.

Watch out for fake RJP63G4 from ebay. I also had fake RJP63G4 , destroys alot of parts in that recovery area.

RJP63G4 is Silicon N-Channel IGBT High Speed Power Switching , 630V , 40A
FGD4536TM = 360V

Not sure but i dont think it will work.

The voltage difference would indicate that it wouldn't be compatible thanks for your reply anyway. Have to order a new one it would have been so much quicker if i had an equivalent.

GTVwatford have stock of RJP63G4s on eBay or you could use Fairchild HGT1S20N60C3S if you can find one. hope this is of help Flocko
