Samsung un55d6050 red light blinking 2 times and wont turn on

had a power surge and heard a pop laying in bed then I had no tv. I have removed the back panel and these are the boards inside

power board- bn44-00424a
main/video board- bn94-04358g
t-con- s128cm4c4lv0.3

I have bought an a capacitor meter, esr meter and fluke meter but doesn't help me much cause I don't know what I'm looking for on the boards other than volts in and checking all the fuses. I have a good background in using a volt meter since I do low volt installs for a living so I'm just looking for someone to help me out... thanks

How about pictures of the boards?
Did you do really good visual inspection to see if there is any blown blown parts?
Do you get backlights and the backlights stay on when the cable between the power supply/LED driver board and the main board is disconnected?
The main fuse is OK otherwise you will not have standby Voltage.

I can plug it in and it blinks red twice in series. when I hit power it does nothing and I get no lights of any kind. I have included the picture of the boards as you requested and will submit more if you need them. What should I look for with the meter on the pin out? and on which board do I start?

On the panel there is a sticker stating va, vs, ve, vsc voltages. Test the power supply first. Your Va test point is between the connector and capacitor. It looks like the Vs test is above the capacitor but I can not read it in the picture. Compare the voltages to the sticker. If they are close and drop wait a couple minutes and disconnect the z-sus and try to turn the tv on. If the voltages remain steady that means the power supply should be good and the problem is further. If you still have a problem with the z-sus disconnected you will need to trouble shoot the power supply.

Always remember to unplug the tv and wait a couple minutes before unplugging and plugging in connectors. You will cause more problems with the boards if you don't.

I have all the right voltages on the power board but just found on #9 pin that is connected to the screen from the power board by gray cable and is the long tan board, its says it should be 5v but I'm getting 9.5 volts on it. the green led light on the tcon board is slashing 1 long green light then blinks

I was working on the wrong model my bad I had 3 of them layed out and that was the un51d6500df model not the 6050 model I sent you pictures of here are the 6050 model boards. my house got hit or the transformer in my back yard and got 5 tvs 2 receivers, cctv dvr, projector and some other stuff.... over 12,000 dollars I don't have anymore to replace so this is my only hope

I found these two black ones pass voltage both ways, the others don't. and the green one doesn't ohm out but all the others that look like it do

Again, do you get backlights to come on if the cable between the power supply/LED driver board and the main board is disconnected?
BTW, this power supply/LED driver board is known for bad solder joints on the transformer legs and the legs of the devices mounted on the heatsinks.

no I just unplugged the one that goes to the panel from ps and still two blinks I heard this one pop right before bit went off and the lightening hit

So the backlights come on and stay on, that means the power supply/LED driver board and the LEDs are OK.
So now you need to look at the main board and other boards that are connected to the main board.

The two black ones....diode. Using your meter set to diode mode meaure across each diode in turn and note both readings. Repeat for second diode. You may have to lift one end of each diode to obtain correct readings.

The green one.... resistor , use you meter set to Kohms to measure. It should be 47K ohms.

Have you checked the white fuse marked in red box and also what is the component also marked in the second red box?
