I have standby LED. small green LED to the left of SONY logo. No BL, No Audio,
no reaction to on button or remote. No blink codes present. Here are the readings I got on the main connector for the harness from SMPS to Main:
1-5.02V
2-3.8V
3-3.29V
4-12.6V
5-0V
6-0V
7-0V
8-12.6V
9-12.6V
10-0V
11-0V
12-0V
13-Blank, no wire
14-0V
15-0V

I am missing BL-ON, 12.5VT(I assume T-Con), and TCON_ON. Does 12.5VT originate from Main board?

since there no blinking code, and ps-on exist its highly firmware issue,

no reaction to on button or remote mean you need to change Main board.

I sure have had a rash of SONY main board failures the last two months. Some of them very hard to find!

Main board, did indeed restore functionality. Sluggish to react to remote commands when first fired up..Will check in a few hours..after burn in.

Slow to start video and audio on a cold start..could it be that is normal as they crammed everything on this tiny main board? Once it starts, it works fine..
