    Blaupunkt 32/147i & e-motion 32/147i - stuck in standby - repair

Wow these tvs are utter garbage! its like they are allergic to metal nowadays.

anyway, got one of these for nothing so cant complain, fault stuck in standby caused by the usual mainboard flash UF11 IC.

tried to freeze spray it, no response.

found someone selling a preprogrammed one on ebay, checked the model etc and looked like it would work.

got the IC and its for the wrong screen, my screen was 32H2 and the one purchased was for 32H2HD

Couldnt find anyone selling the one for my screen, so decided to freeze the existing chip copy the data, and rewrite it. really didnt expect it to work as it was unresponsive when in the set.

anyway it worked. so heres the dump for both screen types as ive copied the one i got from ebay.

PLEASE NOTE: this is not a USB file; you will need a EPROM PROGRAMMER!

Same set here uses Samsung 320AN02 panel, fault in standby. First attempt of freezing Ic failed so gave it a huge blast and the set come on. Kindly UMC provide the FW upgrade for these on their site so downloaded that and updated the set. Works good

                Blaupunkt 236/2071-GB-3B-HKDUP-UK stays in standby
                by Simplebeans
I am currently attempting to repair this television.

Currently the television stays in standby mode (red light on the television) even after attempting to switch it on via the remote control or controls on the television itself. I have opened the television up and there was a electrolytic capacitor that looked bad therefore replaced this however this has made no difference and the same issue still persists.

I am now thinking that this could be a EPROM issue? If yes, i have not yet been able to locate a EPROM dump for this make and model of television, if anyone can help...

I enclose the psu diagram, after the first routine checks I find myself with a regular standby voltage of 3.3v blue light on steady when the power button is pressed nothing happens, psu disassembled and bench checked ... forced ignition by sending a signal 3 , 3v on the SW and PWM2 pins the psu turns on and delivers all the voltages...

LG 32LB1R - stuck in standby mode
                by lego1234567
Hi. I have the following problem with my TV. After connecting to mains, the standby led (red) turns on, but TV is not responding to remote control or buttons on TV. After some measurements, I found out that +5 V standby voltage is present, but I dont have ON/OFF signal coming in to turn PSU on. It stays at zero volts. After looking at the schematic of the mainboard, I should get ON/OFF signal coming in at the R1402 resistor, but it stays around +3,5 V. So I removed it and I was able to turn on TV with buttons on TV, but not with remote control.

What could be the problem ? Thanks...
