    Are you getting 12vdc at both ends of SMD fuse F21 on the integrated T-con board on the LCD panel when the backlights are on?

      i check the fues on the pannle borad if this is what your asking
      i think you are asking this because the main has t-con built in it

      the borad that goes to the pannel on bottom of tv is where i am checking now right
      yes 12.09 on both sides when on an 0 when off
      i check the vollt reg on the labe location ic5 i belive thats what it says
      line1 =1117
      pin1=.61
      pin2=1.87
      pin3=3.32
      from reading about these volt reg it look right on
      i am lost after that thanks

          This model Vizio is known for BAD LED's inside the panel. I will check the voltage going to the LEDs connector. the voltage should be around +50volts when you power on the TV.

          IF the voltage slowly fail to +19volts then you have bad LED(s) inside the panel

            Re-read the thread. Backlight is working not an Led issue.

              Have you an Os scope to check the Lvds signals going to the panel ? Thats where I would start to see if the Mb is working.

                      Yeah, one you take them off they are not going back on lol so doubt its worth doing. Too bad you dont have a scope could have found the issue on that display driver
