Samsung main board BN97-05375B 0078 EEPROM Reset?

Hi,

A friend has a Samsung LED TV model UN32EH4003FXZA that has an Over the Air Station Search Loop (keeps repeating Chan 14 and can Not get out using Mute>1>8>2>Power On).

After much searching we found "UnBricking TV by EEPROM Reset" https://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php5/Un...y_EEPROM_Reset

The Samsung TV Main Board Sticker is BN97-05375B 0078

We are trying to determine where the EEPROM Reset is on this Main Board?

While "UnBricking TV by EEPROM Reset" does have photos for many different Samsung TVs we could Not find any similar to the BN97-05375B 0078 board.

We also searched using "BN97-05375B 0078" and found "Samsung BN94-06008X (BN97-05375B, BN41-01876B) Main Board"

Should mention we have done a number of searches to try to find the Samsung LED TV model UN32EH4003FXZA Service Manual but have found Nothing to date.

IC901 is the eeprom.

when its on turn your TV to standby state, leave it round 30 minutes or more. then plug it on if it switched to Chanel search again immediately you have RF Quartz defect, if no, then go to menu to make Factory reset. after factory rest if didn't help back to fault RF parts Quartz defect or crack soldering.
eeprom reset via service menu you need Samsung service remote, also there are apk on google play can do this with any mobile had Infrarot sender

Thank you for identifying eeprom as IC901 and eeprom software link!!!

Please excuse my Bad English "We are trying to determine where the EEPROM Reset is on this Main Board"

Should have said "are trying to find the 2 jumper holes so we can do the eeprom reset.

Except could Not find the jumper holes that he used (video ~ 1:40 to 2:25 minutes).

The holes marked with red must be united.
M_E_SCL and M_E_SDA.

To make sure I left on Standby for 4hours. When then turned on TV went immediately to Chanel search.

Have downloaded the Android LG remote app.

Checked the files but did not find a User Guide/Manual?

Is there anything I can read concerning it?

sorry i may missed by typing, when you turn it to standby state, you should plug it out from wall socket and then after while plug it on.

the apk only install it on android device with IR sender, and choice TV Samsung, after that you will have the option to press on service menu at the apk.

Normally I turn the Samsung TV off (standby state) and then unplug it from wall socket"

Before doing what you instructed the TV was unplugged for ~3 days. When plugged into wall socket was in standby state for 4 hours and when then turned on went immediately to Chanel scan.

I took a Samsung main board similar to yours (attached) but not as good.

What did you use to take the photo.

I have a Samsung Note 3 that should work.

I like to read the user guide/manual. Is there anything that either shows or describes the feature of this app

Checked Google Store and searched using "LG Remote" and found a number by LG Electronics.

~2:50 min mentions ...LED backlight longer than 20 seconds on...success??? Later shows was success.

Is 20 seconds the recommended time for Samsung LED TV eeprom reset?

Forgot to mention have been searching the forum for information concerning "eeprom reset".

After reading "...glad no EEPROM reset was necessary as it is quite tricky..." by tom66 https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=18199 decided it may be wise to ask for any tips/suggestions.

Is 20 seconds the recommended time for Samsung LED TV eeprom reset?

12 seconds is enough.
There have been situations when the problem was caused by BGA connection from Scaler or flash nand memory with bad blocks.

in the archive i call it LG but its the apk name Smart Remote, its handle allot of TV brands , projectors, HIFI, etc. and others home electronic sets, by TV all had access to service menu, and special service menu too.
