Westinghouse VR-4085DF wont power on & no lights

Hi all my Westinghouse VR-4085DF wont power on.
The are No lights coming on at all and no amber light when plugging into a known good receptacle.
After reading through some of the posts I have found it looks to be a bad Power Supply.
Are there any diagnostic steps anywhere for checking out this particular TV ?
Would anyone have a connector pinout with voltages that I should see ?

We need good clear pictures of the whole back side of the TV showing all the boards, and then the pictures of the whole power supply board top and bottom side, and the closed up pictures around the connectors.

OK I took this last one of the connector I removed not knowing that it can go on in a few different position.
I'm guessing its in the right place by the white marks matching up I'm not sure does it look like its in the right location to you ?
Not that its going to power on anyway

I looked around for a Power Supply board but can't seem to find any inexpensive ones.
Is there anyone that could refurb mine assuming its bad ?

Ok I just noticed something in the photo of the back of the power supply with the bigger of the 2, I guess transistors or rectifier or whatever they are.
The bigger of the 2 look blown if you zoom all the way in it looks to be cracked.
It looks to be the 5 volt circuit ( the chip is right below QS1 )
If that is blown how do I test it and what must I get to replace it.
I looks to be glued to the board as well

Are you getting any DCV at the +5VSB pin?

I cannot see what you are referring to about the chip below QS1 swithced MOSFET for the switched +5V.

I will have to test it when I get home sorry I am at work at the moment.
Is there a way to jump the 5volt circuit if there is none even just to test?

You need to find out if you have 5VSTBY or not first, without standby Voltage nothing else will work, you need to get the standby first.

You need to find out if you have 5VSTBY or not first, without standby Voltage nothing else will work, you need to get the standby first.

Ok I'm not getting any Voltage to pin side of the board.
No 5V, and I'm guessing its 5v DC

The +5VSB is the standby and it should be there as long as the TV plugged into the out, the +5V is the switched, it will not be present until the main board sends the PS-ONto turn on the rest of the power supply.
So right now we need to find out if you do have 160VDC measured between the two legs of the main filter cap C7 or not first.
Q7, T2, IC6 are for the standby power supply section.

by the mains white connector on the power supply theres a barrel type fuse with the board unplugged from the mains can you test the resistance across the fuse.

I would expect that the OP would have test simple stuff like fuse already, but may be not.

If its short redish/brown I have no continuity ( L side of white Connector )
If its Green and stands up I have continuity ( N side of white connector )

It is round cylinder and it has 'F1' printing on the board next to it.

Fuse is blown. Looks like a Wickman T5.0 Amp 250V AC
