What voltage are these tants ?

Hi chaps got this faulty samsung Ymain diagnosed that the Ice controller chip was failed but also have heard that the tantalum capacitors next to it also go. Im looking for replacements but cant find what voltage these are they just say "106" on them. Any ideas are appreciated, there is also no schematic for the board either.

That looks like ceramic cap to me. How is it connected in the circuit?
Which ICE series IC?

You might be correct there as dont think they are polarized. They are in series with some of the pins of the Ic to ground.

measure its capacity it will lead to its real value

that's a multi-layer ceramic, it will be 50 or 63v

Its a ceramic think its about 1uf or so ? Cant seem to find much.

Right seems to be 10uf 50v if that seems good ? I can find Smd versions of this cap so might SM it rather than TH.

Yep they are 10uf each measured them with my meter, so going to order some 10uf 50v ceramic caps. Thanks everyone

Hmm does any one think its possible for me to use lytic caps instead as I have some on hand will just have to polarize them properly ? I have done this before and not had issues.

They use ceramic due to lower ESR than lytics cap.

I never try ordering anything from ALIEXPRESS, are they trust-able? I am thinking about ordering some replacement LEDs from them, they seem to have such low prices. 100 pieces for $2.49?

I know Diif has had some good orders but I wont be buying from them as need the Tv done quite fast had it over 2 weeks so will just order some surface mount ones they should work. Thanks anyway though mate

No Budm, I've never, although I have ordered quite a few items directly from Chinese suppliers through Ebay. If the items fail then hardly any point sending them back but I've only ordered cheap items, i.e. cheap compared to the home market.
