    Sony KDL-32T3000, AUO T315XW02 V.E panel, bad color/gamma, possible T-CON?

I have this Sony TV for repair. Global color problem, dark, reddish, looks gamma problem. Since panel is an AUO T315XW02 V.E, I had the illusion of finding an AS15 IC in T-CON, but bad luck this time. The most similar part is a TQFP48 IC (like AS15) but this one is from Lattice Semiconductor, LC4064V-75TN-10I. I can't find enough information to deduct they're equivalent.

    Any ideas?

Now I don’t think that LC4064V has anything to do with this. This T-CON has a AS34-G instead of AS15-G.

On the other hand, now I notice that it has a subtle ghosting effect too. On brighter areas is easier to see remains of previous frames.

      Not that IC.

        14-pin IC? Not that either.

Yes, I was investigating those other ICs on T-CON. Both EC48324-F and EC5534-G (AS34-G) are quad operational amplifiers.

But I’ve seen a case where AS34 failure has very similar effect to AS15 failure:

I ordered a new AS34. In the meantime, I've got an equivalent EL5420CRZ quad operational amplifier from another T-CON, replaced it and now color is OK.

So, it seems we have a new usual suspect like AS15. Thanks, E-CMOS, for such reliable ICs and for providing easy income to technicians.

Thanks for the update. Will prove useful to other Forum members.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

The TV returned after a month with about the same problem.

I bought the first AS34 from a spanish eBay seller, because I couldn't wait for a chinese seller, and I paid for just one unit the same as for 10 units from an AliExpress seller. But I got it in a week, so far so good.

I noticed that IC lettering was quite different, see attached picture. To the left, the original IC. To the right, the eBay replacement. See wider typography. Since I didn't have anything else, I replaced it and it worked. But it seems that it didn't last more than a week.

At the same time, I ordered 10 units from AliExpress, trying to choose a seller with pictures showing a better matching IC lettering. I chose "YT Electronics components co.,ltd", store 1195234. It took one month and half to get here, and lettering is practically identical to original one. Also, the seller included a gift USB microSD card reader and a friendly hand-written note.

After replacing, the colors are OK again. Let's see how long it lasts this time.
