Panasonic Viera LE64 Series Veritical Green Lines

Hey guys, inherited a TC-58LE64 with these annoying green vertical lines displaying.

Note they do not display on any of the menus or anything. Any thoughts? Tcon board?

The fact that the lines are so consistent/uniform leads me to believe its a board issue no? Though not sure why the menus, etc. display just fine.

Replaced Tcon board and still same problem.

Any other thoughts? Main board? Cables? I'm at a loss.

Here's another picture. As you can see the menu looks fine...so that rules out anything regarding the panel correct?
