Help with connecting bulb in series with VS line

Hi everyone. I need some help with repairing XSUS board that keeps shorting out the VS line. I want to connect 2 70W bulbs in series so that I can connect the bulbs into the VS line, power up the tv and make sure the short is gone.

Is this the correct configuration for 2 bulbs in series? I have the neutral of the one bulb connected to the live(hot) of the other. How do I properly connect this to the VS line?

Those lamps are not connected in series, you have one connected accross the other parallel, oh well... you install the lamp in place of or in line with the fuse, if the there is a short the lamp will light bright and if the vs voltage is more than 120 volts ie 195 volts it will light real bright

There is no fuse on the board I am testing.
