    Techwood 32884HD flashing blue orange

Hi again looking for some help with this tv
Techwood 32884HD which will not start up just flashes blue and orange leds on the front panel
when i first looked at it with no testing i changed the power board Vestel 17PW25-3 thinking that would be the problem, however same no power up, i have just now changed the inverter board, still the same flashing blue/orange.
Anyone give me an idea now where to start looking, maybe software or mainboard faulty
    thanks in anticipation

There isn't a lot left to change. As london-freddie says some nice sharp pictures of each circuit board showing the connectors and voltage labels alongside are always a good start when seeking help.

One of your pictures is showing so far what the mainboard part number used in this set and as post 3 some good clear pictures of the connectors etc will help us.

In the attached photo what is the printed legend alongside the connectors. It may be printed on the underside of the circuit board
                      For example

                      CON 100
                      Pin 1 = 5VSTY
                      Pin 2 = GND
                      etc

Measure the voltages on the two connectors marked in a red box and check against the service manual attached to see what is missing.

There's also pins 10,11,12 on that connector.
                                    PL803 Pins 1 - 10 ?
                                    PL805 Pins 1 - 28 ?
                                    PL800 Pins 1 - 6 ?

PL805 connector to main board all voltages seem to be ok 12v @11, 5v @17 19 21 etc.

Hi everyone, I have a Nintendo 2DS XL that shows the orange charging light when plugged in, but nothing happens when I press the power button — no blue light, no screen, no sound.

                                          Here's what I've observed:

All ribbon cables are properly connected

Battery is present and in good condition

No reaction even with screens disconnected

There's a visible burn mark / overheating sign on the metal shield, right above the CPU

I’m suspecting an issue with the CPU, PMIC, NAND, or a power...

As the Elitebooks (820, 840 all gens) only show flashing Power LED and flashing CapsLock (continuously) + a very soft "ticking" noise near the DC Jack,
I wonder if re-flashing the BIOS might be of any use here.

As far as I understood, steady flashing either means insufficient power or a CPU/GPU/Motherboard issue. I use the original 65watt power supply.

There are so many threads out there, but most of the solutions involve flashing codes, which I dont have or claim that you MUST use the original power supply, do a hard reset, reseat the RAM, clean the RAM,...
