Toshiba led tv 32P2305EE won't turn on

Good day guy's
I'm would like to ask a help for this unit.
It's almost a year ago when it purchase this tv,
3 days it won't turn on even if using the manual boton. But there's a solid red standby light indicator show. When a check the standby voltage is get 5v
In my tester. Could you give me some advice what
I'm need to do to solved the problem of my tv.

check for shorted diodes
maybe post pictures of the boards nice and clear please

This is now the clear copy of psu board ang also the symptoms.

I found 2 diode supplying 5v was already. 1v
When I test in digital tester. But when you check
The standby voltage still giving 5vdc

Need power supply schematic diagram for 32p2305ee k8a65d short circuited q7006 short r7021 ,r7022 open
