lg plasma pc3dv powers on no picture

HI, everyone I have a 42 inch lg plasma that had no power (because it had bad caps on pws) I bought the kit replaced them. Now I have power and sound but no picture. The sticker state VS-183 and the meter reads 183.1, VA-60 shows 59.6 and 5v is 4.97. I'm not sure if these reading are sufficient, but if they are what do I need to check next to help find the issue? Below I have attached some pictures. If you need more information please let me know. Thanks in advance for all your help.

I had the caps replaced on my 50pc3d. Then it turned on, sound but no picture. Just this weekend.
They told me here it was most likely the Ysus board.

did you get any advice on how to check to see if the ysus board is bad.

Also checked all the fuses and all of them are good Ysus and PSW.

Ok I rechecked the Ysus board and one of the two fuses are blown.

Alastair E) thank you for getting back to me I have order a Ysus board so hopefully this will correct the issue. I"ll post back when the board comes in.

Installed the replacement ysus board and still no picture one the inverter boards had a resistor getting really hot to the piont it was glowing red. here a pic of the one that was getting hot R12.

Shorted buffer Ic, replace whole buffer board.
