      Re: BUSH LED40127FHDCNTD, flashing LED'S

it looks like the SCH posted is not the same board, as my voltage readings dont really match on my PL200, and on SCH its PL201,
i dont know where to go from here apart from trying to get the IC for the power board, and even that dont match the SCH.

It is going to be tough if the SCH does not match the board.

          Hi,
          Thank you for support.
I've checked voltage on each side of the tcon fuse and I get 13.0-13.1 Volt.
I've checked also Voltages on power supply which looks alright.
          What else can I check?
If main board is faulty can I buy any vestel 17mb95m for 40,42 or50"TV?
          Thank you for help.

No you need the EXACT match for your model of Tv and screen used. If not it will not work.

Is there any way to change the soft/configuration or do anything to the other main board to make it working with my TV/screen?

just found the IC 501 LED driver, and ordered it, after close inspection it is the same IC thats on the SCH, TPS 61199,
ill let you know what happens when i replace it,

ok, this is the out come, its fucked, changed the IC and still the same result, so must be main board issue,
but it can still be used, as long as LEDs are set to high.
going to give up on this and move on to next tv.

Why give up ? Why dont you force the driver on with a resistor ? Also if it works with BL on high why not just keep it at that ?

Did you ever resolve this problem of flashing back light on lower backlight settings. Got exactly the same fault works on dynamic with no problem. Any other backlight setting and backlight starts flashing. Ive also ordered LED driver ic so hope I get better luck than you.

I can report that my case fitting a replacement TPS61199 micro resolved the issue. No longer flashing on any backlight setting. I think we can safely assume that more like this will follow in the future. Another revenue stream!

                                Re: BUSH LED40127FHDCNTD, flashing LED'S

I had a Bush TV that flashed with different settings in the menu for its backlight control, and it was one of the backlight LEDs faulty.

Taking the LCD panel off, and testing the LED strips with the PSU, showed one LED that was dim, but not off. This probably upset the control chip, which monitors the current feedback from the LEDs.

The higher the brightness sent to the LEDs, upset the PWM chip.

Replacing the LED cured the fault

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

While these can be achieved with programmers like SVOD4/3 or the RT809H/F those options are WAYYY out of my budget so I was horrified. But recently I stumbled uppon some programmers on aliexpress that claim they can program a variety of ITE chips...

                                    Problem

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....

LG OLED77G1PUA - No Video / Audio after a TCON Board change and Software Update
                                    by Hakuu
                                    Hi There,

This TV was auto switching off after few seconds with some vertical lines on the screen, so got a new TCON board and replaced it.

After replacing the TCON board it was working fine and i set it up with everything, used for few hours, then had the bright idea to update the software on it. During the update process, TV switched off and now no audio or video. No relay switch sound.
