    its same 50 ohms.

That would mean your MMBT3904 is about 20V underspec and your MMBT3906(40V 0.2A, PNP) is about 260 volts under rated as the MMBTA92 is a 300V 0.5A PNP
I see thats why my replacement short again..
Only these 2 transistor Q701 & Q702 I have replace..will then search other replacement as its specification.

I would say so but there's a lot of variables at play here, you could be fighting a tough battle because partial or incorrect repair can cause more damage and make it very hard to fix.

You also need to sort out that 50 ohm reading

Then you need to find what's shorted. You have 2 choices, IC773 or IC771. Process of elimination. So remove one.

Correct resistance in cct would be very close to 6 Kohms across pin 5 & 8

Are you saying only Q701 & 702 have been replaced on this board, nothing else?

          I have replace these:

          >> 1st:
          Q661 - 30F125
          D641 - RF2001
          Q402 - RJP63F4A
          Q401,Q621 - RJP56F4A
          Q421 - RJP43F4A
          Q441 - DG501LW
          Q451 - DG501RP
          (bought from utsource.net)

when I turn on TV then Q401 & Q661 shorted.

          >> 2nd:
          Q401 - 30J124
          Q661 - 30J124
          Q701 - MMBT3904
          Q702 - MMBT3906
          (from local supply)

attach bulb 100W/220V across SN2-P2 for safety.
when turn on TV again then Q701, Q702 shorted, also found that IC461 (opto) is broken.

            Q661 - 30F125 This should be RJP63F3A
D641 - RF2001what numbers after this? they dictate what voltage as there are several RF2001 versions
            Q402 - RJP63F4A Q401 & 402 are the same transistor RJP56F4A
            Q401,Q621 - RJP56F4A Q621 is a 30F125
            Q421 - RJP43F4A correct
            Q441 - DG501LWcorrect
            Q451 - DG501RPcorrect

            30J124 is a 600V IGBT but only 30A.

            RJP63F3 is 40A and RJP56F4A I believe is 40A.

Hi, this is my personal laptop, which the original board (lets call it Board A) blew up PU8700 (TPS51486), making a hole on the board, i had left the laptop at my desk one day with the battery fully charged and didn't touch it for a week, but when i tried to turn it on it didn't
Thought the battery was dead, so i plugged in the charger then tried to power on, the power LED blinked once, charged LED still orange, unplugged the charger, plugged in again and I noticed the "magic smoke" smell, so i unplugged the charger, removed the back cover and saw the blown IC (the "magic...

Sony KDL-40Z4500 LCD with stripes and 9 blinks (possible BGC board or harness problem
              by huj3r
              Hi there!

I have a Sony Bravia KDL-40Z4500 which shows a colored vertical stripes pattern when turning on, with a central black shadow that slowly dissipates within the first 10 seconds.

Photo of the situation after the black shadow dissipates:

After this behavior the red LED will blink 9 times, then pause for a bit, and blink again 9 times, in a loop.

I checked the manual (available here) and this corresponds to "HFR error", quoting from the manual:

              > This indicates HFR Communication error. [ HFR Communication...

Panasonic switching power supply daughter board has two 27uf @ 50 volt capacitors which I do not keep in stock
              by sam_sam_sam
I did not have any 27uf @ 50 volt capacitors but one nice thing is that it has enough room for two capacitors in parallel a 22uf and a 4.7uf @ 50 volts 22 plus 4.7 equals 26.7uf which so very close to 27uf I will show some pictures of it sometime tomorrow

This is one of the shit est boards I seen in a very long time and it was the daughter board the traces just lifting off the board I had to use the capacitor leads to repair the the traces and the main board is not any better because I had to repair several traces for the daughter board to the main board

              After all of...

Panasonic P50VT20B Plasma 12 Blinks, Power Supply or A-Board?
              by Biruslapio
Hello, I've had this TV for 3 years, 2 years ago it stopped working signaling 12 Blinks, SOUND_SOS according to the service manual.

It has no VSUS or VDAT, and P15V has 1.0V instead, the same 15V goes to A board. F15V is ok and other main voltage rails.

It seems the power supply is defective, since unplugging D20 ribbon cable that goes from D-board to SC-board makes the behavior change, the TV stays on, there's no image nor VSUS, but 15V reads 2.4V, high enough to not trip the SOS 12 blinks, so it stays on, fans do not spin but I left it 2 hours, green led lit up...

Problem with PANASONIC CF53 laptop after changing BIOS settings
              by AquaMan Ua
Hello. I am asking you for a hint on how to solve the problem with my touchbook Panasonic CF53-2 standart model. After setting up the BIOS, the laptop displays the wrong image until Windows loads. (More precisely, it displays, but distorted, instead of the Panasonic image immediately after turning it on, it displays what is in photo #1 in the attached file) Then the image appears when Windows starts loading and then there are no problems with the screen until the reboot. If you enter the BIOS, just a black screen. If you connect an external screen, the image on it is the same as on the built-in...
