The power at the connector is not correct. One of the 12v is 2v and both of the 5v are only 3v. I have removed and tested the 10 large capacitors near the connector and all are within 10% of value. This is as far as I go before I replace the board. I know many of you continue on with other tests and part replacement. I would like to continue with testing if you could provide some direction.
