Samsung UN32EH4000 with colour problem.

I am servicing a Samsung UN32EH4OOO with a colour problem and it is also displaying double images.When the television is first switched on it works well but then the colour changes,the picture is black and white with lines at the top of the screen with double images.There are three boards in this television and I have supplied the pictures.
