Sharp TV LC32LE243M dead

I have sharp lc32le243m tv. Plug in ac cable tv only show red blinking light only. nothing short in board how to solve this problem. how to flash tv and where i download this tv framware and schematic.

I have problem with this model, it's lc-32le240e,
It is able to power on and stay on, but no picture, and won't power down on button, buttons are touch buttons.
i flashed firmware, not with this file but with one i found, and now the picture is red solid, with constant bilnking red/green indefinetly, as was before flashing firmware.
Can you tell me what in wich ic should i program this .bin file that is attached, hoping to make tv functional again... I have no remote control for it, just to mention, but i will oreder one...

All voltages on psu are ok, backlight up and running...
Any ideas?
