    C40VB-FHTUV firmware problem (I think)

I have Lcd 40" TV. Brand OKI C40VB-FHTUV.
Main board 17MB62-2.6 and PSU 17PW82-3 (Vestel both)
I think Psu is ok because all voltages are present 3.3V, 5V, 12V and 24V but all time led is blinking (no starts).
I have been looking for information on the forum and my conclusión is corrupted FW.
I need to load firmware with pendrive through the USB port but Dont know where I can download. This is the procedure I found for OKI v32b-phtuvi (here see coment below):

    1. Insert a USB flash drive to your computer, format it in FAT32 format.
    2. Unzip and save ALL files that you downloaded.
    3. In your pendrive should be the following files:
    to. mb6X_en.bin (25MEGABYTES) * (X can be 0 or 1)
    b. mboot.bin (851 kilobytes)
    c. usb_autoupdate.txt (2 kilobytes)
    4. ONLY TO RECORD ON PENDRIVE files with the same name as
BRING ON THE SHOCK. DO NOT rename.
    5. Safely remove the flash drive from your computer.
    6. Unplug the TV.
    7. Insert the flash drive on your TV OFF.
    8. Take control of your tv, find and press the OK button ensuring that the
CONTROL SIGNAL RECEIVER GET TO YOUR TV.
    9. Holding the OK button, plug your TV.
    10. The flash driver clearly quicker than when you turn
    normally.
    11. When the light starts flashing this rapid cadence, may stop
    press the OK button.
    12. Wait for the driver to stop flashing completely.
    13. Replace unplug the TV.
    14. Remove the flash drive from the TV. It will not be necessary. Format it again to use it
    normal.
    15. Connect and wait for the tv does not flash to give the button.
    16. When the TV start-up, set it.
    17. press M or menu key, as his command, followed by the number combination 4-7-2-5
    18. There will be entering a special menu.
    19. Go with the arrow to "DIAGNOSTIC" option and press OK.
    20. Point to the "FACTORY RESET" option
    21. Press "OK"
    22. Your TV will reset completely.
    23. Tune in again. will no longer launch the first installation screen in each

I thought that if I find another identical working tv. Is it possible to load the firmware on a flash drive?

    thaks

It's also worth remembering to send the 3 files over to flash individually,as sending just the single extracted folder won't work!

The information that I´ve read is: copy the three archives on fat32 pendrive....
but i have four .rar archives with its 3 archives each one. there are a lot of confused information (romania, rusia....forums)
So, I try with each of them?
Im spanish and use google translator...

          Ahh,right.
The .rar files won't work, you will need to convert those to .exe,But having said that,i think it still won't work,As far as I know, you end up with 3 files, that resemble this:
          mb62_en.bin
          mboot.bin
          usb_auto_update_A1
Maybe tom 66 will chime in,just in case I am slightly wrong there..

It would appear vlc media player is getting in the way-your mb62_.bin file appears to be approx. 17gb of downloaded films, etc!
mboot should be no more than 1024kb!

Here there are 26 roms (.bin files) for 17MB62-2.6 boards and any is for my tv, all tvs are 32" or smaller (mine is 40").

                  this is crazy

                    I have and idea.
I can dump eeprom with my spiflash programer.
then erase eeprom and put it back on main board.
I remember, dont know where, not sure, if you put a blank eeprom it is automatically reprogrammated, its posible?

                      No works this idea.
With blank eeprom no leds blinking nothing happens

This is response for my petition (fw for my tv) on OKI website:
                        "Thank you for contacting OKI.
Regarding your request, it isn't possible to contact with the dealer who you
                        bought the product from?"

                              Hello to everyone ,

This is my first post here, and i would like to share with you a small story in case you can help me.

Docker Type-C Gen 2 - Model 40AS. Was given to me by a friend for free ,but with the problem that you cannot use the video output ports.

All ports work , USB , Ethernet, Type C ... but HDMI + Display Port don't work

I searched on reddit and google for problem similar to that, and a LOT of people had fixed this problem by updating the firmware. So i tried , i searched and found 1.1.13 utility and 1.1.20 utility that can help...

                              Hi guys.

I've got a Ubiquiti US-8-150W POE switch which has issues with updating the firmware.
Turned out to be a bad EEPROM chip. It would read the firmware and work as normal, but failed to write new firmware to it.

So I took off the chip and read on EEPROM and saved it. Wrote to old chip and failed to write
Got New chip and writes good.

                              THE PROBLEM...
It fails to fully load the firmware, POE lights fail to work during g firmware test during load. I'm suspecting bad EEPROM Read.

Does anyone have a Good Firmware I can have?...

Hi, so I bought a YLOD Fat PS3 as I wanted a repair project and thought it would be a good way to get experience. I was able to solder to the RX, TX and Diag pads on the COK-002 motherboard and was able to get external access and retrieved the codes. I haven't powered it on beforehand so these should be the last ones. I did try to get internal access immediately after but kept getting scopen response...

                              Good day.

I'm posting this to help other people.

If you have a Vigor AP with some kind of a software issue or just with an unknown admin password and disabled reset button, here is how you can flash a fresh firmware.

Download the firmware from the vigor's website and extract it somewhere.
Download TFTPD64 or other tftp client with file push.
Connect to the unit with an ethernet cable and set your client IP address to 192.168.1.10 (just not .1 or .2).
Start TFTPD64, go to tftp client tab. Select the server interface with the above IP and...

Hello I've had somebody bring in one of these charming little cameras to attempt retrieving data from the internal 32GB flash.
Something is damaged inside the cameras lens assembly I can hear it clunking around and it has probably dislodged the sensor, powering up the camera gives a blank screen and the focus motor sounds like it's having a fit.
The camera will not connect to a computer via USB in this state, I have no options no navigation, just power up and focus/zoom motor noises.

I think my best shot is to figure out a way to read the internal flash memory outside...
