Samsung LE37R86BD no audio in DTV

Classic Samsung LE37R86BD, got sound on speakers when use HDMI inputs.
But, for DTV only picture is on and no audio at all.

I replaced the eeprom on main to eleminate a corrupt one. No help.

The audio is transmitted out on optical output but not to speakers nor headphone output.

Main speakers turned on in audio settings.

Jumped through the menu's in service menu without finding anything that could block the audio in DTV.
But there's something going on here.

Any advice is appreciated,

There is a repair kit for the tuner on this board, it consists of several little ceramic caps. Look it up on google.

But, as I said the audio is available through optical output.
Then tuner should not be faulty right?

Summary:

Audio OK on HDMI
Audio do not reach speakers when signal through RF (DTV) but optical output OK.

Is there any logical explanation that point out the tuner module faulty?
When recieve a digital channel both audio and video is converted outside of the tuner, right?
Or does the tuner D/A convert the sound internally?

Attached is the PCB layout of the tuner pins and their functions in silkscreen.
Tuner is Samsung BN40-00096A
