I know this is 4 years old but I have the EXACT SAME issue. I cant find a new or used board in stock anywhere. Im just wanting to know what you ended up doing? Were you able to repair yours? If so, hows it doing?

So you also has burnt out NTC's?
BTW, NTC RTE801 and RTE802 are connected to series to reduce the Inrush current when power is first applied to the board then they are bypassed by relay RL TE801.
The NTC's may be damaged by the short circuit or bad relay that is not bypassing the NTC's when TV is turned on.

I have burnt out thermo positive current limiters at RTE 801 and RTE 802 on this Power Supply board. BN44-00222A. Can anyone tell me the specification of the components (look identical) in terms of amps and ohms. I'd like to to order those two CL's and sauder in myself.

Can you still read any prints on the body of NTC?

Read this thread. Post #16 by tho gives the P/N of the NTC, also read about the solder joints of the relays and the relays themselves.
