    Dell LCD W3207C

Tv turns on, backlight turns on, but no picture. Menu won't show, I don't seem to be getting any sound, I have tried plugging a dvd player into every single input and no sound
At some point I was giving it one more try to get sound and as the tv turned on, picture came in and so did the sound for all of 1 min before the set shut off and the little LED kept blinking some amber orange continuously once a second. That was the only time it happened, otherwise its as usual backlight turns on but no sound no picture.

Checked voltages going from power supply to main board and all were exactly what they should be as per the legend printed on the board, did a quick check on the connector to the backlight just for fun even though it clearly works, and that also checked out fine.
At this point I have a 12 volt line going from the power supply to the main. However I do not get 12 volts going from the main to the T-con.
The only voltages I get to the T-con are around the 1 to 2 volts.
I get the same output voltages to the t-con with the LVDS connected and disconnected. I took the T-con out and checked the fuses, and surface mount transistors for shorts or weird readings, and all looked ok.

At this point I replaced the main board thinking this was a no brainer, no 12 volt to T-con caused by bad main. TSM sends me the main and I get the exact same issue. Kind of odd for a different board to give me the exact same symptoms no? Am I missing something here?
I do not have pictures right now but will post them soon.

Main board part number is 51.27800.151 board number 6832171100P02

    pics will happen soon sorry.

Attached we have an overview of the Power supply and main board.
The T-con is located below the metal frame.
2 we have an up close of the main.
3 is the connector coming in from the Power supply board
4 is the connector going to the T-con
