        You asked a question and budm did answer. Did you measure anything or change the regulators etc? Change main board or something... see whats happening during the tv acts up? Other than that, its a dead beat horse.

          I'm sorry I didnt see where Bud responded. Well considering the main board is only 30 bucks I didnt see where it would hurt 30 vs $200.

            ok I checked the voltage regulators after reading a guide on here so this is what I got

            11173F1DADC
            pin 1= .61
            pin 2= 1.88
            pin 3= 5.19

            11173FOC33C
            PIN 1= 0
            PIN 2=3.28
            PIN 3=5.14

            11173OC33C
            PIN 1=0
            PIN 2=3.29
            PIN 3=5.14

                well I have ordered a main board since I messed this one up trying to get eeprom off so we'll see what happens either its fixed or I throw it in trash just thought it was worth 30 bucks to save it. Thank you guys for all your help.
