    WestingHouse LTV-27W2 Rolling Image

I have this Westing house LTV-27W2 LCD tv that started rolling the image vertically. I have checked all connections to T-Con just to ensure it was not a lose connection and used a heat to try to find anything simple. All the capacitors are Original, but wanted some input where to start on this. Saved it almost 2 years ago to date when it had no back lights, fixed with a transformer on the inverter board. I have attached pictures .

    Thanks
    Mike

    Okay Here is the Fix
Found a T-con for 11.00 and tried it with same result. So what I did next was what I should have done first was to plug up into a different auxiliary inputs to see the if picture still rolled . So I did on the PC input and no picture roll , clear as can be. Same on the other Auxiliary ports . Replaced the caps and same thing , so I didn't know how to test TV tuner and found a board from Shop Jimmy for 26.00 and instead. fixed the problem. I am pretty fugal wish I could fix the tuner that I think is bad on the old board.
    Thanks

$26 is a cheap fix. I am not a TV tech, but I would think if is a driver frequency that has drifted out of spec just enough to make the picture appear to flip compare to the other frequencies in the room. Old circuits use to have variable resistors one could adjust to stop this, but the new stuff I don't know.
