Samsung LE40B650 suspected bad panel what do you think

Hi All

Got this with the display as shown


Iv tried all cables in out and bent twisted nothing changes

Half tcon out shows half white other half with defects same repeated for the other side

tried tab bonds no amount poking changes anything

even tried new as15 - pointless i know

now im was guessing it was tab bonds but as i cant find a defective one im wondering if it could be main or tcon

what do you all think ? you seen this before

If you have tried the "half" plugged in TCon trick and you got a white panel on one side, not showing any defects, try the other side too and see if it goes white. If the white doesn't show any defects, would go for the TCon. The AS-15 does the gamma only, so it wouldn't cure that problem. That isn't a tab bond problem either.
I see "weak or no signal" shining through the screen, so I would think the main board is o.k. and go for a new Tcon.
