Obviously you got STBY voltage going from the PSU to the main board. You have to check if the main board is sending the PSon when you turn the TV on. Once that voltage is there, the PSU should turn on all the rails. So check what you get on the PSon pin and try to turn on the TV.

.02 when initially plugged in no action taken. 0.985 volts once power button is pushed. Starts the 3/5 cycle at those two voltages. These readings taken at CN802 Pin 18 POW_ON/OFF.

        Re: Samsung LN55C630K1FXZA

~ 1V on the PSon pin is not enough voltage for the PSU to turn on. The problem is on the main board. Take the PSon wire off the connector (cutting wire or take the pin out as you don't want to backfeed). Take a 1k Ohm resistor and force the PSU on by putting the resistor between PSon and 5V STBY. As soon as you plug the TV in, it should start. In order to fix the main board, you either replace it or you are going to be down to tracing back the PSon on the main board.

That took care of the power pulses. Nothing happens otherwise. Red standby LED is on. No function through panel buttons or remote.

I guess you need a main board.

That seems like an impossible mission! Everyone seems to be out of stock. Thank you for your assistance.

Ummm... if you don't mind, upload some hi res pics from both sides of the main board? Maybe me or someone else can "see" something

Well, I don't see anything obvious. I looked at the fast track SM for this TV.

Maybe look at the low voltage supplies mentioned on page 2.

                      by karatzdi
                      Hello,

I know some might say... just buy another one. Sell it as parts..!

So had this AMP for quite some time. Recently I saw light smoke coming out of the AMP. Had my fire extinguisher close by. Just kidding. Turned immediately all devices off from mains.
Let things cool a bit, and opened up the amp device. I clearly saw on the main board which hosts the 5X amp (5.1), 3 10 ohms 1W resistors had their leads looking black, while the rest of the remaining 2 x 10 ohms were brownish as being installed from factory.

Spent some time downloading the Service...

                      Vizio M60-C3 Left Edge problem
                      by Pinky Deepak
I have a M60-C3 where the left edge has started showing issues as seen in the picture attached. Along with this, I also noticed some darkening on the left half of the screen which went away after I left the TV unplugged. i initially thought it was the led backlight that was wearing out but looks like something to do w the TCONN board. I searched this forum but couldn't find anyone else seeing this issue. most of them were LH/RH completely gone. any insights or guidance is appreciated.

Here's a video of both the issues: https://youtu.be/hMqc760nB3o

                      by armoured_smiler
                      Hi,

Trying to work out if this is TFT problem or TCon issue.
The TV powers up but the top half of the screen, from the right it is OK, but as you look across to the left halfway across it starts get duller and duller until it is very dark on the lefthand side, currently I trying to clean the remote as it seems to have something film wise on the pads stopping it from registering buttons pressed.

Also when changing the screen size of Windows PC display to say to a smaller pixel sizewindow, the original window displayin the top left stays/takes a few seconds to disappear?...

                      by Sik_6ty_Sixx
So like the title says, I have an old Stereo Receiver/Amplifier that I picked up from the goodwill, it's a HH Scott Model A510. When I first got it home it had zero output. Opened it up, notice the fuses are missing. Pop in 2 new fuses (AGC4A 250V) and try again, within 5 seconds the L channel fuse POP! I don't see any visible indications of damage or arc burns on the PCB, no popped resistors or diodes, no burnt traces or blown out caps. So I decide to just try another new fuse, POP. Swapped around my R and L speaker wires, and checked the integrity of all wires and connections. Everything looks...
